This was done in conjunction with the 2010 Nova Albion Steampunk Convention in Emeryville, CA. I used historical census data from the UK spanning from the 1500s to late 1890s, Charles Dickens & P. G. Wodehouse characters, and a smattering of bird names as a data set. I also achieved custom typography using the Cufon JS library.
