Je Via Sano (which means "to your health") is a fictitious restaurant.  This menu was an exercise in product, graphic, and information design.  The restaurant name and section headers are in Esperanto, an invented language spoken in a few countries today.

The restaurant lives at the nexus of many cultures.  It has middle eastern, Mediterranean, eastern, and western influences with a touch of the bohemian in a tropical clime.
